Euskal Encounter will be held in Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC),Barakaldo, in July from 10:00 am on Thursday 26th to 19:00 pm on Sunday 29th.

By underground: The Ansio station is just a few metres long from the BEC entrance.
Acreditation
Acreditation will start on Wednesday 25th at 15:00pm and finish on Sunday 29th at 17:00pm:

Attendants will be allowed to stay in the party place for the 25th to 26th night. The party place must be left on Sunday 29th, there being no chance to remain there for the night.
One day tickets
There are two posssible ways of being at Euskal Encounter: getting a four-days entrance ticket following the usual process, or getting a one-day ticket. One-day tickets cost 10 € and you might get them at the accreditation office in its working hours. These tickets will be valid following also the accreditation office working schedule, and no way could they exceed from 12 pm. One-day tickets will only be available on official party days, and they don't entitle you to connect a computer in the partyplace.
