Where and when?

This year the party will be held in Feria Internacional de Muestras of Bilbao, from 24th to 27th July. The party will start at 10:00 on thursday 24th, an will end at 18:00 on sunday 27th.

Attender identification will start July the 23th at 10:00 until midnight. It will be possible to identify and get party ticket from 8:00 to 24:00 the other days, except on sunday 27th, that it will be possible until 17:00.

Attendants will be able stay in the party place on both 22th to 23th and 27th to 28th nights, just doing their business or sleeping. Be aware that you must arrive partyplace before midnight to enter on 22th.

How to arrive?

By train

The train will leave you in the Abando Station. Here you can catch the underway, direction Larrabasterra, and get down in the San Mames station; the Feria is about 75 meters away from here.

By bus

The main bus station is at Garellano (Termibus), which is about 50 meters from the party place.

By car

You should arrive to Bilbao using A8 superhighway and take the exit labeled "Oeste/Mendebaldea". You have yellow placards starting from the motorway that show you the way to the "Feria Internacional de Muestras".

Due to road works in party place surroundings, we recommend the following way to arrive to it:

Take the avenue you arrive from the superhighway and go down until "Sagrado Corazon", Try to take the leftmost lane. When the downway ends, you'll arrive to a turn-square, with a large statue in the center ("Sagrado Corazon"), and Euskalduna palace in front of you. You must turn in the square and go back in the avenue upwards. Be careful with the second semaphore in the square and try to take the rightmost lane. The sempahore first turns to yellow and later to green. Go ahead upwards and take the rightmost lane, it will make you to turn to the right some meters later. Some other meters later you'll arrive to a corner of San Mames statium; turn left and take the first street to the right and you'll arrive just to the front of the party place.

By plane

There are direct international flights to Bilbao from: Londres, Bruselas, Burdeos, Frankfurt, Ginebra, Lisboa, Oporto, Milan, Roma & Paris.

What will I need?

Each participant can bring, if wished, its own computer, work done using it, programs, games, utilities and of course the last Demos.

Nobody should expect to find a free computer to copy graphics or demos presented in the party.

Another important thing is that each assistant should carry its computer ready to plug in a single plug, this meams to carry a plug adaptor. Additionally, each user has to be self-independent.

The organization can't lend monitors, mice, ...

Very important: The Organization is not responsible of the breaking, stealing nor deterioration of any part of your equipment.

You can come without anything, but we do not recommend this, in part because it's more boring than coming with computer, and also because it would be convenient to meet as the highest amount of computers as we can (up to 2048 computers).
