On next Monday or Wednesday night jury election system will be online. Any person coming to Euskal 9 will be elligible for a jury, as long as he/she is interested in the scene. Thus, people willing to be part of jurys should check that they are correctly registered in our reservation system and that their scene interest checkbox is checked. |

After reviewing all possibilities, we have chosen a solution so that we'll be able to have 240 additional computers at the partyplace, totaling 1271 computers and about 2,300 people. But anyway, we need your help in order to have as many people as possible at the party. To meet this goal, please keep in mind the following matters: - Please, reserve a place only if you bring your computer to the party. If you're coming without a computer, please send an email to olatz@euskal.org with your Attender ID to free your place keep your entrance-reservation. You can do so also in your "Attender Options" menu, clicking your place and selecting to free it. - In each place, there's space for a computer and two chairs. - Each place has a power plug and a RJ45 cable; please, remember that you must bring additional plugs for your pheripeals. - If you have made a reservation but finally aren't coming, please send a message to olatz@euskal.org with your Attender ID so that we can unregister you. - The 240 new places that we have can't be reserved automatically; if you don't have a place, or want to change it, please send a message to Olatz: olatz@euskal.org - The 240 new places are located at F.Buesa Arena upside, with a good viewpoint to the screen, and each of the - We'll put two new fields on your data sheets by Wednesday, one asking abount whether you're carrying a computer and the other about your intentions for meals at the party. Please, answer the questions when you can, so that we can have a better service during party days. - There are 5 days after you make a reservation to do the transfer, before you lost the place you reserved. - We'll hace a Menu, Pizza, Hamburger and breakfast service; we'll put online this info with prices in the following days; meanwhile, you can answer the question in the data-sheet. Unreal Tournament CTF 3vs3 Counterstrike 5vs5 Prizes for the these 4 compos are: 1º 20.000 pts, trophy and undetermined hardware. 2º 10.000 pts, trophy and undetermined hardware. 3º 5.000 pts, trophy and undetermined hardware. Besides that, another 2 compos: Unreal Tournament Free for all. Quake 3 Team DM 3vs3 Prizes for these 2 compos are: 1º 6.000 pts, trophy and undetermined hardware. 2º 3.000 pts, trophy and undetermined hardware. 3º trophy and undetermined hardware. Prizes are in a per player basis, not per team. These should be the final gaming compos. We'll upload the inscription form soon. |
